In this oral history, David Bergers discusses his time at the SEC’s Boston Regional Office including his tenure as Associate District Administrator/Head of Enforcement (2003–2006), Director of that office from 2006 to 2013 and a short tenure as an acting Deputy Director of Enforcement.
