In this oral history, Leslie Norwood discusses her career in public finance law and her work on municipal bond transactions in private practice, as well as her time as head of the municipal securities division at the Bond Market Association, which later became the municipal securities division at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association. She discusses interacting with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and the SEC’s Office of Municipal Securities.
